Registration Fee

ACCOMMODATION IS FREE!

Accommodation is free for all participants in a double/triple room per person during the three nights of May 02, 03 and 04, 2024.

The full accommodation at the hotel is provided for the conference days.

The participants will stay in a double room.Please let us know if you want to share your room with a friend or colleague who registers for the conference as a participant or listener. Participants who prefer a double room should inform the name of the person they will be staying with. If there is no person to stay with, they should change their preferences to single room.Participants who prefer a single room can stay at the hotel by paying the single room difference. Otherwise, participants who choose a double/triple room without specifying a roommate will be allocated double or triple rooms by the organizing committee, taking into account their gender.

HOTEL FEES FOR EXTRA NIGHTS

NOTE 1: Participants can pay the conference fee as the equivalence of the Euros (mentioned in the above table) in Dollars or Turkish Liras.

NOTE 2: All refund requests must be received in writing before January 01, 2024. There will be a 100 € service charge per person for all refunds. There will be no refunds after January 01, 2024.

NOTE 3: One paper is allowed for one registration fee. If participants wish to present a second paper, they must pay an additional fee of 50 Euros.One participant can participate with a maximum of 2 papers

NOTE 4: The certificates of attendance and presentation will be only issued for registered presenters who paid the conference fee. Virtual/Camera-Ready Participants only get the electronic versions of the certificates and other conference documents.

Fees for children staying with their parents:

First child from 0 to 6 years of age – FREE
Second child from 0 to 6 years of age – discount of 50%
If only one of the parents stay with the child, they should stay in a single room and pay the single room fee.
